At Sensei Style, we take pride in the quality of our craftsmanship. Please review our policy below:

• Returns: We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 7 days of delivery. Items must have all original tags attached.
• Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and exclusivity reasons, certain items such as custom-tailored abayas, white garments, and sale items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Exchanges: If you require a different size, please contact us at orderfromsensei@gmail.com to initiate an exchange. Note that shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 business days.
